Sarvodaya Shikshan Mandal was established on Sept.24,1961 but Ours Shri. Shankarrao Bezalwar Arts & Commerce college came into existence in June 1983. Located in Tribal & Naxal affected region of South Gadchiroli district of Maharshtra the Institution is avowed with an aim of imparting quality education to students hailing from diverse socio-economic background and those living in and around the area. The institution has has shown exponential growth in a short span of 40 years with teaching to second generation learners. With a unique blend of traditional, value added and need- based courses to offer, the college today is one of the most preferred destination for students. .Spread over an area of 8 acres, it offers a complete and satisfying educational experience to over 500 students per year with its well furnished laboratories and library. The mixture of young, enthusiastic, seniors and dynamic staff with a flair for innovation and creativity in teaching coupled with a friendly and helpful attitude of the support staff add value to the institution and development of the region.
